Ourcommitment to provide a sanitary workplace

Duos Company will be expanding our already vigorous cleaning program making sure our workplaces are clean and hygienic.

All company vehicles, office, common areas and kitchen surfaces (e.g.desks and tables) and objects (e.g.telephones, keyboards, knives and tools, and cooking and cooling equipment) will be wiped with disinfectant regularly and all employees with signs of any illness will be required to work from home.

In addition to our chefs hand-washing standards, thorough hand-washing by all sales personnel and service employees is required before contact with corporate vehicles, fellow employees, clients and their guests.

Sanitizing hand rub dispensers are placed in prominent places around the workplace, company vehicles and our event venues.

We will be adapting and combining these precautions with any new precautions suggested by the CDC and the state health department.

Our workplace and venues have full access to hand-washing sinks for employees, clients and their guests.

Cancellations

Duos is committed to accommodating our community as much as possible in accordance with our cancellation & refund policy. Until we have directive from state authorities to stay indoors and quarantine, both parties are bound to the contractual agreement. However, if a jurisdiction has officially declared a state of emergency, we will offer a rescheduling (and waive all cancellation fees) for any date within six months of the booking date, pending host confirmation of the new date.

We encourage our clients who receive updates and/or cancellation requests from their guests due to COVID-19 to keep in communication with us. Additionally, please be aware that due to the evolving nature of this issue, our policy regarding cancellations is subject to change. Please email us if you have any questions.
